This brief e-form is to be completed by all WRC learners who are involved in research activities during their undergraduate medical degree. Research activities include those that are not directly related to your undergraduate medical degree, including research from previous or concurrent degrees.
The purpose of this form is to ensure you are considered for recognition and available funding support (conferences, etc.).
